Venezuelan diving is excellent...think of Bonaire 20 years ago. You will probably find the best diving in Los Roques Island.
Since the diving industry is not as developed as in other places in the Caribbean, it is hard to find Nitrox and nice boats...So it is more for the adventurer diver. Let me know if you have any specific question.
