Was there again last night- saw some dude dislocate his pinky (ow!)

Oh- you see that does not sound good, although I can see your point that it might make you a better boarder. I guess I was just too bad at the beginning and it hurt too much. I'm considering a trip to the North east US as they are getting dumped on right now- 2 ft of snow in 24 hours. Although the temps are at -8 (and thats Farenhiet- it must be inhume in Celcuis), maybe those warmer dry slopes are not such a bad idea after all.

I was up there on the slopes yesterday, I am not all the way upt there, but we still got a fair share of snow yesterday. I was up on the slopes in So. PA, and it was PUKING on us. Had to make sure to dust yourself off of the snow after you got off the lift. Had to pile snow off your board before getting on. It was great stuff, since it was dry ans seemed to pack well, but powder spat out if you made a good carve. Actually, the snow was so dry, I couldn't get my snowboard to move on it.... had to go get a hot wax job, but after that it worked like a charm. Good snowboarding on a good board on a good day can really be a godsend.
