morning all,
i'm looking at getting an SMB or liftbag, or both, but wasnt sure what most great lakes divers use/prefer/found works well etc.
i'm looking at OMS stuff right now. the 6 foot SMB and the 150# liftbag.

any thoughts or suggestions are welcome.

most of my diving will be great lakes.

I would take the bag that you need! If it's only a marker, then take the SMB. If you're lifting something, take the liftbag!

I'm using the AC2788, it's a SMB with enough lift to take a Seadoo Scooter to the surface. It's also nice for those mid-water night dive safety stops.......inflation is with the octo, not sure if you are diving dry.
