Hello every one, my name is Robert and I am an experience Advanced Open Water Diver. I am taking a Dive Master Course in May-June and want to get in as much fun diving before then. Alas, my dive buddy has moved to Hawaii to teach at a resort… I’m very jealous! Anyway, I need a new buddy/group to dive with. I plan on going to the Wrinkles dive in April and maybe get hooked up with the Sandeaters for their weekly stuff, although Pinnacles isn’t my idea of a “fun” dive (too much work). I’d like to find a regular buddy to dive with, or maybe a regular tight knit group. I live in Simi Valley, so I know Dume, Leo, Paradise, etc. I also enjoy the occasional boat dive as well. I’m diving the Spectre (not by choice) on April 6th for a friend that is getting certified if anyone wants to base jump from a boat.:D

Let me know,
Robert

Keep an eye out here for the monthly Wrinkles Dive. A group of SB and The Dive Matrix members meet monthly at a different location (LA, OC and SD counties and Catalina) on a rotating basis to dive and new folks are always welcome. Oops, I just noticed you mentioned the Wrinkles Dive... good.

Robert..... check out the BeachCrabs.... if you want to dive, this is the group that will get you wet..... hey, there is even other Roberts that dive regularly with them.

Hope to see you in the water someday.

Hey Robert. my best dive buddy recently moved to Oregon, so I am looking to meet a few new dive buddies myself. I live down from you in Redondo beach, kind of far, but i'm not opposed to driving for a possible sat/sun morning dive. Good luck and good diving.

nahh, nobody here really dives.

No really, come visit the beach crabs. Several dives each week and a great, safe, and reliable group for diving. They are also focused in your area.

Hi Robert! Hope you've found a dive buddy by now. You might also want to check out the Simi Valley Dive Club for a local diving group. It's maintained by the new Ye Ol' Dive Shop on Kuehner. First meeting is Tues July 1.
