I'd look closely at the All West Apartments in Westpunt:

They are right on a lovely beach, Piscado, "Fisherman's Bay," where a number of fisherman bring in their daily catch:
There is an excellent reef for shore diving directly in front of the Apartments, where, on the healthy, colorful reef:
you will see Neptune:
lots of scorpionfish:
and plenty of macrocritters:
as well as 2 seahorses just off shore:
You are also just a stones throw from Ocean Encounters West
