Good prices, solid Web Site (usually a sign of a solid operation)
Almost bought from them, but then saw how much they wanted for the shipping. It wasn’t even funny.
Consider http://www.sportextreme.com, a shop in Denmark. I’ve had very good experience with those guys. Check out the “Free membership” thing, it gives you another discount.

Anth: I was going to order from simplyscuba up into the last minute, and I ended up buying my TX50/DS4 from DiveInn instead - they were a touch cheeper. Simplyscuba has some good prices and a good selection - I know of others who have bought from them and had no problems - had the order in 5 days. My regs from DiveInn was shipped from Spain to Canada in 4 days.

Lemonade - I like that site you posted - nice website. Selection and prices aren't that great though......

Have fun shopping!

I bought equipment from them in January. Very helpful over the phone to confirm what was in stock and the gear arrived on the promised date. I thought service was excellent. Clearly since I live in the UK my shipping charges were small. You need to be clear on the overseas shipping charge to the US before you order.

I haven't used them but I heard their shipping is quite high. I bought 3 regs from DiveInn and shipping from Spain to US was only about $36 (by DHL). Definately get a quote on shipping first.

Scott,
I cannot disagree with you about the selection…Seems like the brands of choice in this store are Mares and Beuchat. But if you happen to shop for a particular piece of Mares gear (and Mares makes fabulous regulators :D ) very often you will find that the price at SportExtreme is lowest around. And shipping to the states is extremely inexpensive.

Regards.

I recently bought from Dive Inn and Simplyscuba on the same day. The simplyscuba stuff was not shown as out of stock on the website but indeed they did not have it in stock. I explained that I needed it it in a hurry and they bent over backwards to accomadate me. Very very good communications. I had my Dive Inn stuff in 4 days no muss no fuss. The simplyscuba people told me I'd have it on the following thursday, it showed up on the wednesday. I got 2 ATX50/ATX40/DS4 setups from them. I did get an unexpected $40 charge from customs! Ughhh! I understand this happens with DiveInn stuff as well. I cannot comment on shipping as I was prepared to pay extra to get it when I wanted it. One thing if you are looking for any gauges SimplyScuba and DiveInn only carry Metric gauges as far as I can tell, so go to www.sportextreme.com or www.leisurepro.com or www.diversdiscount.com for other good deals and Imperial Unit gauges.

newly SSI certified YESTERDAY! Woohoo!

BTW I love my Reg setup, awesome!

I bought a Stinger from Simply Scuba and had no problems. The trick with shipping is only buy small stuff from them, since they are in the UK. I had them Fed Ex express the computer to me and I had it in 2 days. The cost of shipping was approx $30.00 US. They have great cust. service. I had a tech question about the Stinger and emailed them. They contacted Suunto and emailed me the next day with an answer.
