The Sig I have now - in case it changes during the discussion - is only 3 lines...

Is DAN in your cellphone? 1-919-684-8111, 919-684-4DAN (collect), 800-446-2671 (toll-free)

But when I try to stick a blank line in between either, I get: 1. Your signature contains too many lines and must be shortened. You may only have up to 6 line(s).

I am not qualified for much with computers, but I can count 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 -5 - 6

Try again please.
Just tried again, could not even add one blank line, same message. I posted the Sig in the #1 above so you can easily see my hidden codes. Too many...?

What's the last line you see in my signature? Could you have your screen resolution set really low, like 600 X 800 ?

The last line in your Sig that I can see is http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/invade-keys-2008 but that's not the issue. If I hit CTRL+ a couple of times to get larger fonts, sure I lose the lower part of your Sig, but my problem is what the SB system will allow.

Here is the actual Sig I try to save with all of the codes....

And there are only 5 lines to all that as shown in this screen shot...

But when I try to Preview it or Save it, I get the Error...

Let me enlarge those two shots in case you want to look closer and attach them...

But it's all there?

A quicker way to achieve the same result: [thread=226988]Trip Insurance[/thread] >> [thread=226988]Trip Insurance[/thread]

I just want to insert blank lines between the 3 lines, totaling 5 - and it won't accept with blanks inserted.

Ok, I'll try that, but I still don't understand why it reads my 5 lines including blanks as more than 6...?

The length of the line is also a parameter.
