Question Sidemount with Shearwater Peregrine TX AI - lost connection

Dear community. I'm diving sidemount with 2 steel cylinders 12l, on both of them I have a Shearwater Swift transmitter. On every dive my Peregrine TX (right wrist) loses the connection to the Swift from the left tank. This happens also when I don't wear a heating west, so interference shoudn't be the issue.
Does anyone else experienced this problem?
I tested them on land - they both have the same range, around 1.5 meters.

I'm diving the same computer, transmitters, and computer position and have never had a major issue with it. I get an occassional disconnect because the distance to transmitter is further, especially if I move my arm farther away from the left tank, but when I have my hands clasped in front of me in proper trim, it's not an issue. Does it lose connection and stay disconnected, or does it quickly reconnect if you move your arm over a bit? Is it for an entire dive? Does it happen at a certain depth or just randomly?

Ofcourse this drops in water to maybe 50cm

Not on a Perdix (or even a Shearwater), but I have had similar issues with transmitters and SM before when I had them right by the 1st stage
Since then I added short HP hoses, route the Tx hose around the tank neck to the front side of the tank and catch the it by a bungee so it’s as close as possible to the computer (also so they don’t flap around and keep banging)
Only when I stretch my left arm (computer arm) all the way away that I lose connection to the right Tx (but I barely can even read the computer then)

Loses connection permanently until the dive is over, or just a temporary drop out of 3-5 seconds?

If you are permanently losing connection, contact Shearwater. If it is a temporary drop out, I get that on occasion. I believe it is just interference, and the SWIFT will then adjust poling interval to avoid the interference and re-establish the connection. I never lose connection for more than maybe 5 seconds and that is rare. The only times I've permanently lost connection on a computer, it was my old Perdix AI and it was due to a circuit board failure on the computer. The computer had to be replaced with a Perdix 2 in this case because the circuit boards for the Perdix AI are no longer manufactured.

Have you tried a new battery in the problem transmitter?
