Edit: you want just the upper portion sand drop Ds? That I don’t have, mine are integrated together.

I think the Yuhsin system uses 90 degree Front T plates, not angled plates.

 
The yushin explorer elite uses the plates that the OP referenced. NEX was distributing Yushin products. They had bins of the Andy designed plates for individual sale(Including several color choices on anodized aluminum versions.) at the LA Scuba show. I picked up one of the explorer37 wings from them and the quick buckle in delrin for my travel sidemount rig. They had both the explorer and explorer elite harness rigged up at the show.
 
The NEX website is atrocious.
It's a shame the 37 wing is so expensive, it's a good looking product but damn.
