Paradicio, I really your pictures off the Casino in Avalon.

Here are a few of mine that I like. They were all taken while snorkeling in shallow water (that's what I do):

Gulf flounder, Destin Florida, Nov. 2007:

Grunts, Dzul-Ha Beach, Cozumel, March 2005 (pre-Wilma; this is all gone now):

Octopus, Culebra Island Puerto Rico, March 2008:

Caribbean king crab on sea fan, Cayos Cochinos Honduras, March 2006. I consider myself to be very luck to have stumbled on to this in broad daylight:

Taken with a Fuji F31D point and shoot camera.

No strobe.

No flash.

I think it was taken at about 10 - 15m underwater.

I tried uploading the photo 10 times. Failed on all occasion despite resizing the photo to just 130kb.

This is the photo I wanted to upload : The Gentle Knight - Mabul Sipadan April 08 Part 2

Here is one of my better ones taken with flash. Often it is too harsh: Anyone know what kind of shrimp that is?

Looks like a spotted cleaner shrimp ...

Outstanding shot!

Nice shot Sean! I just love that view.
Good to see you and your lovely bride last Saturday, when are we going to dive together?

Beautiful pic!

With my setup, I alway have difficulty getting the depth of field I'd like when taking extreme close-up shots. Here's a picture of a small shrimp I took last year in Boynton Beach, which illustrates what I mean. However, I still enjoy this shot!

Thanks Dave! Was great to see you and your lovely bride as well!

Lets go diving! Will you and your lovely bride be at the meeting this Thurs? If so we can work out a time there? :)
