What I meant was something surrounding the basics of nitrox diving. 101 was used colloquially,apologies.

The basics of Nitrox can be found in any course materials for a basic nitrox course. You can do several of these classes online. I know that SDI/TDI offers an online nitrox course. SDI Online Training
 
I've had my cert for a few years. Only dove it once or twice however I do remember without looking up not to go past 110' . I also remember oxygen toxicity. I will, if ever diving nitrox again, refresh my memory by rereading my SSI course book.

That depends on what % of O2 you're using. ;)
