In answer to the other question, no there arent as many obese English people as Americans - something to do with using their feet for walking a little more than just for the gas/brake pedals. :wink: Personally i am trying to get out of my car more often and do stuff to keep active.

I'm just trying to get the Surface Swim/After Dive Beer ratio to the right level. Got to burn more calories than you replace, or so I hear.
 
I just need more business for my own business so that I am making enough to get out of this corporate business where I'm stuck behind a desk for 8-9 hours a day working on one PC issue after another. Stress and inactivitiy will keep weight on a person for sure.. just look at me.
