Should I purchase Dive shops fins/goggles/snorkel package?

I would guess this is one of those color-coordinated snorkel sets that many shops sell. The problem you are likely to find is that the mask that fits you best is one brand and the fins you want are another, and that you will want better fins for scuba than snorkeling typically requires. It isn't a bargain if you will soon replace the mask and/or fins. Since you haven't spoken to the shop yet; do that. That are likely to upsell you either for the money or because you really need something different. Check some other shops and look online as well, to understand your options and figure out what kind of diving you will be doing. Those closed-heel fins may be useless to you or just fine, depending on where you will be diving.
