Going down my list I have:
James Carruthers somewhere
Asia approx 10 miles east of Lonely Island
Salvor south of Manitoulin Island
Eclipse somewhere west of Pikes Bay
Russia south of Grand Duck Island
Bruce Mines near Kincardine
Norman Clement (general location known)

Any others?

Is the Carruthers most likely around Point Clark or does no one really know?
Hard to put a grid together. The Canadian shipping lanes are some 20+ miles out and there was only one harbor that could accommodate the Carruthers (Goderich), so without an idea of where to begin it makes searching difficult. A 20 mile circle within Kincardine would be a high probability area, but that's 500 square miles worth of searching.
