I used one for many years. Air only. If that's you, then great. I wouldn't pay much for it today, though, when there are nitrox-capable devices for pretty cheap. I also favor wrist-mounted now.
 
I'm looking at lower end Aqualung comps. Probably go with i300G console with pressure gauge.
 
This is my Source, served me well over 25+ years but became obsolete when I started doing Nitrox. User replaceable battery. It was wrist mounted. Haldane’s decompression model/algorithm, quite liberal.
