Shearwater Predator wont download dives or takefirm ware blue tooth works then kicks

Shearwater Predator wont download dives or take firm ware blue tooth works then kicks out. I get half way from downloading dive and it stops and shuts off connection. The computer is 2 years old , I tried uploading the firmware and it also kicks me out half way I checked my device setting and made sure I have one blue tooth connection running. I downloaded the new Shearwater desktop. Blue tooth would not work until I did.

I really think it needs to go in for service??? Any Advise. Shearwater charge a flat rate???

Send Shearwater an email. It wouldn't supprise me if they answered on Sunday. They did for me once when I updated the firmware on my Predator but didn't update my desktop so I couldn't download my dives either.
