Not sure I see the need, myself, but making a similar was an interesting modeling exercise:

The pink thing is a drugstore hairband (which is just about perfect size and tension, IMO.)

If you want a sturdy aluminum version, and are able to order from AMX, you should do so. If you want to print your own, though: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4712878
