It doesn't look like the camcorder has a Lan-C connector, something that it necessary for having electronic controls. I couldn't find anything fitting Sharp camcorders on Ikelite's, USVH, Gates, Amphibico, Ocean Images etc. websites, so your only hope would be a custom made housing from Ikelite or one of the generic housings like aquavideo , ASP , Atmo-seal etc. You may find some more housings if you search for it on google.com
