..is just NOT what you will see when you watch this video. In fact, out of the hundreds of sharks I've had the pleasure of diving with underwater, this little sweetie was one of the NICEST:

If you are reading this post, watched this video and still don't want to dive the OCEANS sometime this summer (before it ends), PLEASE tell me what I can do to get you out of that quarry? :D

For those of you interested in shark diving, this sand tiger was about 8 FT long and rather thick, probably female. She was exceptionally friendly, actually moving to make contact with divers. She introduced herself to me by practically running me over from behind when I was doing video on the opposite side of the wreck. After I pointed the camera at her, she just kept coming and smiling.

And, yes, the dive location is Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, one of the BEST wreck diving destinations on the planet. RAD Diver, his wife Trina, Tyler, Ryan and our new dive buddy, Austin (the guy at the end of the video), were diving on the Under Pressure, Captain JT's boat.

ENJOY!

Great video =)

If I didn't read the text after the title, with that "ominous" music playing in the background I would have half suspected a shark attack on it's way =)

Thanks for sharing!

Beautiful footage, where exactly where you diving?

Nice video

We were in NC, Cape Hatteras on board the "Under Pressure" Captained by JT Barker.
Capt JT's Wreck Diving Site - Diving Hatteras NC and Virginia Beach VA
This wreck was actually an artificial reef called the TUG just 4 miles off the coast in about 70fsw.
I never saw this Shark until I was heading up the line & she swam right in between my legs.
There were 2 juvenile Sandtigers in the wreck, probably between 3 & 4 ft in length.
This was my 2nd dive on the TUG this weekend so I was out in the sand looking for Rays. Saw 1 Friday & 1 on Sunday, but they were on the move away from the wreck & chasing them is fruitless.

Very nice!!!

Are all of the trips to wreck alley considered day trips..?
Most within rec limits as far as depth?

Thanks,
Drew

Yes all the trips are day adventures, most all are within rec limits, if you check on Drewski's site he has a lot of them on Video, Dixie Arrow at less than 90, FW Abrahms less than 80, British Splendour at 100, the Proteus which is the big Shark attraction is at 125 & can be done in rec, but is much better if you can run some deco.
We also run to some deeper stuff like the Tarpon at 140 (Drewski has video of this 1) & the Manuela at 160. YouTube - Manuela
