Has anyone heard about a shark attack on a kayak in Tampa, Florida last week? Saw some video on tv news reported to shark nose bumping a kayak. Have looked for follow-up reports and found nothing. Wonder if this was all bogus bs by the local news station, hate to have sharks get a bad rap just for some tv thrills.

Happy New Year to all,

I would not call a nose bump an attack. This is the kind of stuff that starts crap. Curiosity is alot different than an attack. I bumped someone last night at the casino. Was that an attack?

It was off the coast of Sydney, Australia not Tampa, Florida. A Great White circled a Kayak and nosed bumped it. The people in the Kayak then got into a Motor Launch. A kayak looks a lot like a seal on the surface. The news media thinks every time a shark shows up in the same ocean as a human it is an attack.

To bad the media can't find the humor in everyday events......total negative they are!!!!!!!
