Shallow dive in Sharm El Sheik area

We have an afternoon in Sharm El Sheik (arrive SSH 11:30am). We want to do a shallow dive later that afternoon. My partner does not like going below 10 meters (prefers 5 if possible). Because of our schedule this will need to be a custom, private dive. It seems to me Straits of Tiran has the best shallow diving. Is that true? What’s a recommended dive center? Also is the straits the best location? I also need to figure out a hotel to stay at for the night. Thanks
