:D Hey Andy,
You seem to be a multitalent. Lawyer, Psychiater, Phylosopher.... ;)
Would you enlighten us as to the meaning of life? :11:

That riddle was solved long ago....42. If you haven't heard about it go to the movies this Friday.

Folks,

The case has been investigated by PADI to the point that confirmation of the incident and the police action have been made.

Any further speculation along the line of: "If this incident occcurred..." will be dealt with by removal of the entire offending post.

Cross-posting of anyone's remarks from another site will be dealt with the same way.

The suspects name has been removed from previous posts.

Discuss this from the standpoint of: "How can we, as divers and instructors, prevent ourselves from being involved in this kind of event?" This was begun by Heather (Chickdiver), but the issue was side-tracked.

Offer support for Fonfon if you will, but stop the "if" and "maybe" stuff.

Moderation of this thread has been one sided, but that is Scubaboard's right if they so wish. As for "if" and "maybe" those words are used in every police dept in the free world every day. Maybe alleged incident would be a better choice of words. And for what it's worth, the accused person's name (not suspect) has NOT been removed from the other thread. I agree with James Goddard, The accused has every right to tell his side of the story and let people here make up their minds as to who they believe. If I were accused of something in a public forum, I would at least want the opportunity to face my accuser in the same manner they elected to accuse me. Fact is, what we all believe here is irrelevant. This is a matter for the courts in Mexico to decide and we will be lucky to ever hear the outcome. Scot
