I purchased a Sensus pro last year and it worked great for the first few months. Shortly after I configured my computer to hotsync my palm I could not get my sensus pro to download. Are there certain configuration settings I need for the Sensus pro?
 
Turn of the hot sync process under windows task manager and it should download. Hot sync is a pita with this and other programs.
