Selecting a good dive shop for Sanur/ Nusa Pendia diving

I will be staying in "Mercure Bali Legian" in Kuta and hoping to dive Nusa Penida. Can somebody recommend a good safety concerned dive shop, that I can reach without spending too much time on the road?

To answer your question about the hotel transfer, I would say it should not take longer than 30-45 minutes with some traffic there.

I like Geko Dive in Padang Bai. They will take you to Nusa Penida, my fav place to dive in Bali.
