150 E is too much?? for full set of good enough regulator?

I think it is reasonable price, if this reg in GOOD condition (and serviced).
P.S. yes, octopus is weak... but Arctic 2nd stage - is very good, and does not matter, that is too old model, and one of most simple.

Yes, I also think that primary 2nd stage is an Arctic. I am pretty sure I checked into that for a customer last year, and at least in the US Aqualung no longer provides support with service kits. So another reason to take a hard pass.
