Hello California! I have just found out that my employer has a bigger need for me in California than Florida, where I currently reside. So, in June of this year, I will be relocating to Vacaville.

Being a warm-water wienee, I am somewhat anxious (read unsure, hesitant, reluctant and/or nervous) to make the move, but am looking forward to expanding my boundaries and trying something new. One of the first items will be a drysuit!

I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction for info on dive sites and normal conditions in the surrounding area. I will be looking at any and all opportunities to get underwater once I get there!

Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.

I will be working in Vacaville again next week.

When you get out West I am sure many people will be willing to take you diving. Drysuits are a good thing here.

Of course there are boats that can take you out diving from Monterey.
