I am going to be camping at Sebastian Inlet State Park this weekend. I have never done any of the beach dives there and would love te hear from anyone who has (tips, suggestions, etc.). I will be trying to get a couple dives in on Saturday and Sunday if anyone else is interested in joining me.

Thanks!

How was your dive? I have never dove Sebastian Inlet... I usually go south to Wabasso or Ft Pierce.

The dive never happened. I snorkeled out to the reef to check things out first and was really disappointed with the vis. 2-3 feet at best. Looks like a great place for lobster season though. On a high note however, we got to swim with two manatees that were feeding/ playing close to the beach. It was awesome!

When the water is clear Sebastian Inlet makes for a really nice dive...You have to watch the tides closely and there is a lot of fishing line. Lotsa life though
