andRICHinNC:One thing I would advise anyone.....no matter what you have to do....no matter
how far you have to drive....try your new gear out in a pool first. I am sure I will get blasted for that but your experience could have come out much worse
than just an uncooperative company.
[slight digression] What's with this "gotta try it out in a pool" thing? In 400+ dives, I've never been in a pool, not even for OW class. What am I missing. If I have some doubts about a new piece of gear I'll bring along a backup, but why waste time jumping into a pool when you can go do a real dive instead?
