did a seal dive with capt rob on sunday and what a fantastic dive we had. there had to be about 20 seals and my dive buddy and i just knelt on the floor and the seals were very playful. the water was just right and the vis wasn't to bad either to make the dive just right. we got there to the dive site around 3ish in the afternoon. we had two of them nibbling on our fins and no camera to take pics. but isn't that the way. any way the memories will always be there. we had to only get down to about 30' feet to see them.

Thats good to know, I booked a trip for jun 26. Hope the seals will be there!!

Glad you had a great dive!

Capt Rob is a good operation but the seals aren't always so playful. When they are, it's an amazing experience!

Mikswi, please post a quick report after your trip. I have heard that the seals deliver their pups in June, and stay huddled together rather than swimming around and exploring. You could be a myth buster! I was planning on waiting until August, just so I could have an optimal trip.

Where are these dives located.. which part of the country.. i'm seeing everyone with MA as there location, sooooo.... location??? or a possible website, for the charter. thanks. I'm in New england once a month. and sounds like lots of fun. thanks everyone.

did a seal dive with capt rob on sunday ...

Did the dive last year and we only had a couple of seals come anywhere near us. I've done seal dives up in Nova Scotia where we were literally surrounded with them. It can be hit or miss I guess. Glad you had a good time. Capt. Rob runs a very nice operation.

See my profile picture. (Click on the lobster at left) I had the camera that day. Always a fun dive, there are usually alot of them around to goof off with.

Cool, our club has a trip planed and booked with Capt Rob on July 31st. Glad to see that it should be worth it.
