Just as I surfaced from my dive today the skies decided to unleash some freezing rain. If that wasn't a good incentive for a drysuit, I don't know what would be. I'll try to be good this year Santa!

Dived Tuesday. 38f water temp, -10f wind chill. Dived one dry glove, one wet (opps!). Tony's inflator hose froze shut before the dive and didn't want to defrost, so he bagged it. My buddy dived with a full-face mask and a pony backup. His pony reg started free-flowing 20mins into the dive and emptied 19cf in about a minute (my back-up gas!). My DS froze solid standing around after the dive.
Ahhh..., winter diving in the GNW!
