I just sold my Scubapro Twin Jet open heel fins on ebay. I sold them because I think my fins were making the arches and sides of my feet hurt after about 15 in the water....I know they were the right size because I was fitted by a professional. So I decided to get the full foot split fins. Does anyone own these fins or does anyone prefer the closed fin to the open fins? Please let me know....Hello all,

I've got a pair of full-foot Twin Speeds that I use in the pool when testing kit, etc, and I have used them on a couple of warm-water trips as well. I was impressed with the power I got out of the fins, not that much different to the open-heel version.

You might also like to consider the new full-foot Twin Jet Max fins, which have been released recently. These gave more power and control than the Twin Speeds and there wasn't a huge difference in price.
