Scubapro & TUSA

There was a thread I read awhile back that indicated Scubapro contracts with Tabatha (TUSA) to build regulators. I just purchased a RS-670 and wondered if the Scubapro/TUSA connection was true?

I've been told several times that Scubapro makes the Tusa RS-460 for example.
