I usually find s-wing poppets on ebay. Here is an add for one:
New Unused Scubapro G250 HP 2nd Stage Regulator Poppet Assembly 11 250 015 | eBay

However, I'm not clear if that is all you need. Are you converting a 109 to a Balanced Adjustable? If so, then there are a few other parts you will require. If you are just replacing an old style balanced poppet with the new s-wing, then that should be all you need with the possible exception of a balance chamber.

It would be easiest if you were to remove all the parts you have and post a picture here.
