ANY of the compounds can burn.

Yeah but the point is, when you're breathing the burning compound, viton gives off less harmful toxins
ha ha which obviously applies to other than the dive industry like in an enclosed space like a spacecraft
but thanks to the industry for caring wherein breathing burning rubber is still breathing burning rubber

The Mk19EVO has a few new ones:
01-050-317 (not really new), which measures at 1.88 x 2.59 mm is a Parker 5-578. Inventory of this o-ring at EP80 or 90 (assuming that's the material) out in the industry is zero. You'd have to do a special run, or get the o-ring from Scubapro. This is the critical HP seal inside the balance chamber, and I'm sure someone's going to try to substitute a 2-005, with uncertain results. I'm going to try to get a quote from AceSeal, since it's local for me, as well as PAI, since they did my custom run of 1x2.2's. But this would be a perfect example of where DIY goes astray.
Thanks to @Mobulai I’ve been led astray into the rabbit hole that is sourcing o-rings so as not to rely on kits. I’ve found a few things of interest:
According to Parker, the Parker size 5-578 is currently listed as being 1.9 x 2.6 mm. See p48 of https://www.parker.com/content/dam/.../Catalogs/Catalog_O-Ring-Guide_PTD5712-EN.pdf
I’m sure it’s just metricisation and rounding, rather than 1.88 x 2.59 mm being incorrect. In any case the two are well within manufacturing tolerances.

I also found a local (Australian) supplier that lists 1.9 x 2.6 in EDPM 80 Sh, available from October.
And 102322 | Hutchinson Le Joint Français EPDM O-Ring O-Ring, 2.6mm Bore, 6.4mm Outer Diameter | RS (same material listed but a couple of dollars extra and is certified for food and potable water)
The price is AU$27.30 (approximately US$18) for 50, so not bad.
The manufacturer is French (Hutchinson Le Joint Français) so this isn’t an Aussie special and should exist in Europe if not globally.

The same supplier and manufacturer also list a 1 x 2.2 mm EPDM 80sh o-ring (~01-050-363)
Also available from October

I haven’t ordered yet but do intend to
