Well, rats. That is one annotated file (our first one) that we had issues with from the beginning-including the note to remove a part through the exhaust valve hole.

I do not remember any -9xx being used in a second generation so a -007 must be the correct size.

Thanks.

Edit: I just located what I believe to be a complete Second Generation AIR 2 service kit (my last one) Measuring the o-ring that seals the exhaust button stem reveals that it is as near as damn it to a -007....so there you have it. Master Awap correct as usual.

I found the reason I mislabeled that o-ring too. I lazily assumed the 2nd and 3rd Generation AIR 2 models had the same diameter exhaust stem. I have a 3rd gen button/stem assembly and it does take a -008.

Hi folks, just joined the team. I've a question for you all : any idea were I can procure Scubapro o-ring P/N 010-50-428 for my MK25 ? Qty could be multiple of 50 pcs.

Welcome to the Dark Side!

I think that is the DIN filter retainer seal. It's a size -111 seal that should be a duro 85-90. If you want to get one in military grade FKM (Viton) the part number would be M82248/2-111 and can be purchased at O-rings, Inc. M83248/2, ORINGSUSA for about .23 each if you buy in quantity.

Edit: I just noticed you are in Italy, if you need to order the seals in Europe, the metric size is:
10.77mm i.d. X 2.62mm cross section.

I used these guys before, they're OK, and they can ship via USPS (US Post), which is a lot cheaper than UPS or Fedex. It takes about a week to get to Europe.

Scubapro uses their own part numbers for o-ring (01-050-xxx) that have little correlation with standard o-ring sizes. I have worked up a correlation between SP part # and standard o-rings sizes for all applications I use in my Mk2/5/7/10/20, 108/109/156/R190/D-series/G500/S600/Air2, as well as hoses and others items. So let me try to get it started and see what we can do. Your comments, questions, and corrections are more than welcome. I'm sure this may get messy but some smart organized guy like couv will probably come along and clean it up. Metric sizes are width x ID.

Hi would you be able to help with the QD seal/oring SP number 210009112 which I am finding hard to source in the uk please?

The problem is that is a washer and not an o-ring' I believe SB member couv may have found a source. He will probably see this or you can contact him.

That seal can be sourced from McMaster-Carr It is item number 90130a029.

EPDM Sealing Washer, 1/4" Screw Size, 0.500" OD, 0.078"-0.108" Thick
