I use duro 90 o-rings wherever there's a HP gradient, except the HP port plugs I don't bother. I'm sure 70 works fine in static situations, I just got in the habit of using the higher duro ones for the yoke retainer and seat retainer.

That is the recommendation in the oxyhacker book. I try to get duro 90 whenever I can. They also work OK in lp applications. They might be a little bit harder to manipulate but I've found they seal up fine. This way you avoid having to buy a baggie of 100 010 duro 90s along with another hundred of duro 75s for lp. If you find them, just use duro 90 in everything.
