It is a great bc in the light weight. It is very easy to control yourself under water with this bc. Air 2 is also my choice. Some people dislike it with some reasons.

If you consider too many "IF senarios" about Air 2 function, you can't do anything, even scuba diving. I am not sure how often you will use Air 2 in your diving life.

Great BC, go with it!

I have a knighthawk and love it. Extremely comfortable. Only problem I have with it is a lack of decent pockets, but that really is no big deal as I have everything clipped off on d-rings anyways.

I have an AIR2 on mine since it was thrown in as a freebee. I use a 7' primary and a bungied octo as my backup. I still have the air2 on there though and it breathes fairly well. I have ascented, descented, and done OOA drills with it, swam around with the air2 and not really had any problems with it. When it comes to OOA drills though I would still go for my bungied octo as it is closer to my mouth, hands free grab, and breaths great (atomic z1 octo).
I run an atomic M1 as my primary second stage.

I've had my Knighthawk for about 3 years. It is very well-fitting and adjustable, but I don't care for the pockets.

I have an Air2, and loved it, but I recently saw some video of myself with it, and noticed that my inflator hose was hanging straight down :11:

I had noticed that it would occasionaly catch on things, but I had no idea how much it stuck down! Since it only has 1 loop at the top, has anyone figured out how to keep the bottom in close?

I was thinking about a bungee setup much like what the DIR crowd uses to keep there backup lights out of the way. would be easy enough to remove it out if need be, but would keep it snug to the harness.

I use mine all the time. To inflate and deflate.

My tech-oriented buddy suggested the same thing. Hmm. tie the bungee to the bottom of the left strap, and loop around the mouthpiece... quick release?

I'll probably be in a BP&W this time next year anyway...
