I’m going through my G250 and was wondering if anyone has..
1-rebuild kits available on here with the poppet assembly
2-or just the poppet as I believe I have all of the proper o-rings already.

That said I’ve read about an updated poppet?
Is that something I need to do?

IMO you should go to the newer(est) S-wing design. These are the same parts as in the G250V and G260. Getting them, well, since the demise of vdh, things have become more challenging.

Do an eBay search as starters, I have acquired them there from several sellers since from my late friends Robert Couvillon and Bryan Pennington.

You could also ask SB members @buddhasummer and @axxel57 if they have some spare S-wing poppets...
And yes, you should definitely replace that old blue poppet with not-replaceable seat.

Me.

Don't buy levers from that seller, they are 3rd party and spread like butter.
So someone is manufacturing 3rd-party S-wing poppets? Very curious, how they can recover the cost of the mold?
I suppose that they can sell just a dozen per year...
Or do you mean the stainless-steel lever?

He's on my naughty list for that and for despite us both living in Japan he charged me non domestic shipping. Never again. I did not know they were 3rd party but they were 1/3rd of the price I could get them for so thought "wow, that's cheap". I bought 7 destroyed 2. I refused to use them in any regs myself so gave them away with a warning attached.

Poppets I don't know. I can only speak to levers as I know first hand.
