yeah, it's real - and no, it's not related ...

anyone familiar w/ the site? I found it doing a search for gps coordinates (to audit a dive log discrepancy) and signed up for a free account, which is required to get into the 'gps coordinates section.' I immediately received a 'subscription confirmed' e-mail (???), but no login credentials. after a week and a couple e-mails, I can't figure out how to apply-for-if-I-choose-them or find-if-provided-for-me a username / password to actually login to the site. any experience with this site?

funny. but seriously, has anyone had success getting into this site? or maybe a better question, is - what resources are available to find / compare gps coordinates? I've used the following, but am looking for any other sites out there:

divespots.com
greatestdivesites.com
wannadive.net
divebuddy.com
geodiving.com
floridascuba.com

DiveBuddy.com is the best resource for finding dive site info, with GPS data (check out the Dive Site section). I also just added the ability to show member's dive map listings in Google Earth!

Member's help control the dive site section, by posting photos, comments, etc. So it stays updated constantly.

I agree divebuddy.com is quite good. Thanks for the tip.

Your the XXXth person to reference google maps in the same sentance as a 'dive site plugin' - but my inquires usually generate a "... they must have yanked it ..." type of response. Do you have a direct link?

Tanks.
