A 3 mil will be more than sufficient. With that said, if you would like to dive dry, bring extra socks. You may not wear your outer layer in the house, and your socks will get wet on the dive deck.

I'll have my 3 mm full just in case, but probably spend most of my dives in my shorty.
Wet suit, schmet suit. I'm gonna dive in my bathing suit (when I get to dive...)
