I think it should be a night dive extravaganza!!! During the day you have more people fishing out there on the pier and the jetties thus having a larger crowd of non-divers. At night, you will have more and closer spots to park at the beach walk in area. At least for the winter time I believe that night dives would ROCK!! :fro:It does cost $8 for a 7 day pass to Fort Pickens and/or you can buy a year pass for $25....you can also buy a NIGHT pass for $35 that gives you complete access to the park regardless of time!
 
Count the two of us for Jetty Fest.

We camped at Ft Pickens this summer (hot & no elec) it wasnt that bad. We have camped in the cold and used a small elec heater in our tent.
