Turns out I'll be there alone if I make it out, Christl is hosting a fund-raiser that weekend, Joselyn and Ron are all going to be busy with that. Joselyn managed to weasel me out of it though. I'm gonna try hard to be there though.

The Yard House maybe? Or King's Seafood on Pine? My SO is probably working a booth in the AM, so I'll have to see what time he is free...might be a late lunch for us.

I've heard about the yard house, but have never made it, as I don't spend much time in LB. Been a while since I've had a good yard of ale, though. I'm game if others are, else I'm sure I find something to eat pretty much anywhere. Is Bubba Gump's walking distance?

That said... while I definitely want to meet people, I also want to spend as much time as possible at the show, since there are several seminars I want to check out, in addition to mandatory drool time at the booths.

Now dinner, after, on the other hand...

The seminars I want to attend are in the afternoon so an earlier lunch might be better...

I was thinking I would take the kid on Saturday and talk the wife into letting me go diving and to the show on Sunday. OML anyone?

My trip to Oahu has been postponed till after the 4th so I think I'm going to opt in for Sunday instead of saturday. Is anyone diving on saturday near Malibu?
