Scuba Related Statistical Data (shops, Demographics, Etc.)

Hi there,

I hope that I am posting this question in the forum here.

Mainly I am looking to gather some statistical data such as these (SoCal first, rest of US after):

• listing of scuba shops
• demographics about scuba divers (age, income, travel behavior, etc.)

Would anyone know where i could obtain such info?

DEMA (Dive Equipment Marketing Association) does research on these topics. Probably the ones you are interested will cost some money, but you can check them out here and see if this is what you are looking for:
