Seems like you'd also have to satisfy the requirements of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, the Environmental Protection Agency, Arizona Fish and Game and the U.S. Coast Guard. (got this from the marina thread...)

Also have an Environmental Impact Statement done for anything dropped in the lake - after it was cleaned by an EPA certified agency. Just like they do when they reef a ship out in the ocean. And I'm not sure who determines where you're allowed to sink it.
