We are looking to build an educational program that breaks the mold. We want to build proficient divers, not just hand out certification cards. We want to do what should be done, not what has been done.

YOU should be experienced, patient, and frustrated with the way SCUBA training is typically handled. YOU should be eager to build a program and a culture of safe and competent divers, not just teach as many students as possible. YOU should be reliable and at least half as cool as we are.

What agency will you issue certs through? Is this a salaried position?

We are a PADI shop. We actually have gotten a great response from this post and are currently full up with instructors. We will probably be looking for some DM's or some DM candidates soon.
