Howdy,

This isn't specifically a scuba related question: I'm actually a competitive freediver, and I was wondering how much depth is readily accessible from shore at Scott's Head in Dominica.

I'm looking for atleast 80M of depth to train in, and was wondering if Scott's head would be able to offer it (since I love Dominica!).

If anyone has more on-the-ground info about it, I'd love to know how protected it is (from currents/swells/wind, etc), water temp etc.

Thanks!

the shores of dominica get pretty deep pretty quick, but i'm not sure scotts head would be the best place for 80M freedives. It is somewhat protected, but because it is so far close to the atlantic i would be very careful there.
