Scott was a good man and a friend to many here at Duke. His passing took us all by surprise, as it did everyone else.

I am also a Down Under Surf and SCUBA Instructor and knew Scott very well. He was a friend as well as a mentor and dive buddy. He has been the driving force for SCUBA diving in this area and I can't think of anyone he didn't get along with. We will all see him underwater...
