Why is this under humor? I dove with mine on about 10 dives last year.....it worked great. I just added a few lbs to make it neutral. Granted I wouldnt go caving with this, but for open water usage....it works great.

Assuming your pool is more or less standard size and depth, I'd say
the water needs to be cleaned if you can't see to the bottom.

I went to 2 different local wal-mart stores hoping to get a look at one, but they didn't have any. Does it have any DIY potential? (i.e.: Could parts from it be used in a larger homebuilt scooter?) Or is this toy just too small to fool with? I can't get a good idea of the actual size from their photos/video.
