Saturday Scallops

I'm on a scallop diving charter with Heather and Dave this saturday, and there's one space left. PM if interested.

Did you go today? Any scallops out there? If there were and reefseal went, I know he would have found them. He always does.

Oh yeah.. they are there. I did better on first dive. More than enough to make wife happy for dinner last night. We dove an area called Satan's ledge off Salem. Northern Atlantic Dive charters are top notch. Great operation. Water was chilly still 41 degrees. We were diving deep in 65 to 70 foot range. Quite the shock to system after diving a weeks worth of 81 degree diving. Was a beautiful day yesterday PM. Was nice to have a warm breeze!

Here's a quick video. I only ended up with about a quart and a half, but I was hunting with a buddy, so he got all the ones on the left-hand side of the line we ran.

BTW, I paid $15.99/lb for scallops last week. I quart and a half sounds like a pretty good haul!
