I appreciate that El Orans but I would prefer users of these lights to offer an opinion and not the manufacturer / retailer.
 
I have never used one, but I have seen one. They seem to be solidly built, but they do have that homemade look to them. I would say that they are almost on par with the Dive Rite lights.

When I was looking at getting a light I was told by a very wise person to save myself the grief and get a Salvo.
 
They are the best IMO great lights and great customer service. I had a 10watt Sartek I now own a 21watt Salvo and wish it were a 21watt Sartek.
 
I owned one for several years and had no problems. They also have a great reputation for customer service, and always answered any questions I had (via E-mail or phone) timely.
 
i like mine, but when i upgraded i got a salvo...
